I was amazed at how much fun I was having too! Trisha and Jesse worked me hard while making me smile and laugh as the hour passed. I find myself missing the camaraderie almost as ...

Live up to their great reviews! 1/30/2007

Completely and utterly fantastic experience. I?ve done the rounds of all the yoga studios in Las Vegas. This one is the ONLY one that gets all the components right. Good mix of yoga styles and levels, many class choices every day, very roomy (and immaculately clean) classrooms, courteous staff, top notch instructors, beautiful and peaceful space. I love coming here and am continually inspired. I have absolutely no hesitation about recommending this studio to any student at any stage in their practice. They live up to their great reviews! Pros: Diverse class schedule, top notch instructors, roomy classrooms, very clean space more

Favorite Yoga Studio! 1/17/2007

Hands down, my favorite yoga studio in Vegas. Lots of room and airy, unlike many other yoga places in this city that tend to be tiny, makeshift operations. The teachers here are knowledgeable, encouraging and approachable; and even the students here are helpful. My favorite teachers are Sherry, Sasha and Kim, but the other teachers are also great. Huge class schedule too. Overall, this studio provides a much needed outlet for me physically and mentally. Pros: instructors are pros! calming atmosphere more

Highly Recommend. Visitor from East Coast, 1/15/2007

I was attending a convention in Las Vegas last week and needed a yoga break, so one evening I took two classes at the Yoga Sanctuary studio on Sahara. This is a wonderful studio with amazing instructors. I felt a part of the ""family"" the minute I walked in the door and enjoyed the entire experience. The teachers were extremely knowledgeable, the space is beautiful, and the staff made me feel so welcome. I wish I could have stayed for their weekend workshops with Ana Forrest (I was quite impressed that she was holding events there.). I plan on visiting this studio again the next time I am in Las Vegas. I really loved it. Pros: Everything you would want a yoga studio to be! more

Best studio in the Vegas area 8/22/2006

I am a serious yogi. I have practiced for over 12 years and have studied with the finest yoga teachers in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston and New York City. I am beyond impressed by the caliber of teaching at the Yoga Sanctuary studios in Las Vegas. They definitely know their stuff. What's especially nice is the instructors are trained in different yoga styles so you can sample all sorts of yoga if you wish. All the teachers are loving spirits - I always feel welcome. The staff is also really warm and thoughtful. A friend of mine caught the flu and wasn't able to use all of the yoga classes she had purchased, but they were happy to extend her package when she brought in a doctor's note. Nice touch and very considerate. (FYI, you don't have to buy class packages although they are really economical. If you want you can drop in and take single classes.) -- One final recommendation: check out their special events. This studio brings in great yoga teachers from all over the world to teach workshops at their school, so you have the opportunity to train with the best yoga masters around. more

Wal Mart of yoga studio 7/27/2006

I have been doing yoga in Las Vegas for about six years now and have to admit that this facility is my least favorite. In my opinion, it's important to feel a sense of acceptance and comfort in a yoga studio, but here you're are simply a business transaction. Pros: Location Cons: Unreasonable expiration date on their already overpriced packages more

Yoga Classes with Live Music 10/8/2005

Very creative studio. Unique look and unique events. I went to one of their yoga classes with live music and I could have stayed there forever. The musician was a pro and seemed to be very in sync with the class and the teacher (who was also great). Pros: creative, studio, live music more

Total bliss 9/15/2005

This place is a find. They offer every possible type of yoga class you could ever want. The Candlelight Yoga classes in the evening are my favorite. Total bliss. The classes and the teachers really breathe life into my day. Pros: candlelight yoga, teachers, pretty environment more

Fantastic! 9/14/2005

I had never practiced yoga before Yoga Sanctuary and now I am hooked. The instructors, are very friendly, caring, and eager to assist you. The space is so inviting and relaxing you'll hate to leave. Self-conscious beginners ... this is a great place to start and grow. Pros: good for beginners, caring instructors more

Love The Teachers! 9/7/2005

Every teacher I've taken class with is excellent. Experienced, well-trained, compassionate. I feel heartfelt gratitude to all of them. I've lost weight, have more energy and I'm in a much happier place. Pros: excellent instructors, convenient schedule, peaceful space more

Phenomenal! 6/6/2005

I can't give a high enough rating to the two Yoga Sanctuary studios. Every single class I have taken has been phenomenal. All the teachers are dynamic and are well-schooled in yoga. The instruction couldn't be better - I've learned so much. The ""Sanctuary"" name really fits. The studio ambiance is very appealing and pretty, yet very calming. The Yoga Sanctuary studios were recommended to me by many people. Now I understand why. Pros: Experienced Teachers, Studio Environment, Class Schedules more

Amazing Yoga Classes! 4/15/2005

The two Yoga Sanctuary studios in Las Vegas are unbelievable. Beautiful decor ... very spacious ... inspiring teachers ... wide variety of classes. I've been to the top yoga studios in California and New York, and the Yoga Sanctuary studios are on a par with them. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced student you'll find many classes to choose from. more

I did yoga with a broken foot 2/24/2005

I came to Yoga with this facility with a broken foot and bruised spirit. They didn't turn me away but spoke to me with concern and with caring and never pushed me beyond my limits, but I did participate and totally enjoyed the experience. This made me stronger and more resolute in living with adversities. They have a nice clean facility and nice and informative instructors. more
