Dan Marquette came to fix our A/C condensate pump a few months ago. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. We just bought a new thermostat and we specifically requested him to come out to do the install. He was again on time and was able to get the job done very quickly. We would highly recommend Sherlock and Dan for HVAC service. more

Repair in Progress 9/25/2017

We have had some issues with our air/heating system ever since it was installed last year and Sherlock technicians have come to try to establish the problem and repair it. This is an ongoing issue and hopefully it will be completed and repaired for good soon. more

Furnace tune-up 3/10/2017

Tim did an excellent job and provided great maintenance service. Because of his lessons learned and experience, he was very knowledgeable about our 20-yr old furnaces. He provided straight answers about their condition and failure modes to look out for in the future without trying to sell us new models. He is a good customer service ambassador for Sherlock. more
