OHHH what can I say about this crapy apartment complex. When I first moved in the management cared about the type of tennants that lived there but that soon changed when new staff and management came in. They gave applications to anyone and everyone (druggies ect.) Theres children EVERYWHERE they shouldnt be like in the parking lot playing in between cars, they hang from the automatic gates like if it was a playground. The staff is rude and not professional at all. The girls in the office have no knowlege about running a complex. The cops where always there because people would break into cars and because other tennants would have parties in the pool area. The hell of a neighbor that i had upstairs from me was loud, would stomp her feet on the floor (my ceiling) and on her way up the stairs. Her kids would constantly destroy the propery, one time they even ripped the wooden lattice on the balcony and threw it to my balcony where my 2 year old was playing. Thankfully my child was not harmed, but when i looked at the wood it was full of pointy nails!! CAN U IMAGINE?!! And what did management do? NOTHING! What did Brandon and Tibbs (mngmt co.) do? NOTHING!! OH and the apartment above leaked from lack of maintanence into mine and ruined my stuff. My shower walls were never replaced even though they were moldy and falling apart. I was able to put a pen all the way inside the moldy wall. I even had to take legal matters once i moved out after more than 1yr of trying to get them to pay $247 for a dresser! DONT LIVE HERE unless you like noice and rude inconsiderate neighbors, then this is the place for you!
