Oil change, Rotate Tires, and Check Alignment. 5/14/2017

Kevin and Joe answer my questions. I dealt with Joe this past week, and it makes a big difference that he not only listens, he answered my questions for an older car and pests of a women. Smile! I continue to sing the praises of this wonderful business! Each time I have a concern, I drop off my vehicle with full confidence that my vehicle will repaired properly, at a fair price and fully guaranteed. They even refunded my money once when a fix for a problem could not be found. Turns out the parts installed were defective. more

Great Job! 4/19/2017

Took my 1995 Olds Cutlass in for a LOF. Got it back & Kevin said, " When we did the bulb inspection, your low & high beams were out of alignment. Got it handled, no charge." And that's why Sheridan Auto Tech Rocks! more

Electric Gremlin! 3/13/2017

Just one of those things....the hard to track down elusive bad wire in an engine compartment filled with wires and relays and modules. My boys at Sheridan Auto Tech never waved the white flag, they powered through and handled that shit and got my truck back on the road. GOOD JOB FELLAS! more

Warranty issue 2/4/2017

Kevin stands behind service provided even if it is a warranty issue and provides additional services needed at the same time to help the customer with their busy schedule not to mention fair and reasonable. Not a theft like a lot of auto repair places trying to make extra money for unnecessary repairs at a dealer price. Have been using them for about 18 years now. more

Professional auto help with excellent service 1/29/2017

I have been totally satisfied with the service I've received at Sheridan Auto Tech. I have been informed of what is needed, the cost, and the time needed for the work. My questions have been answered helpfully. All employees with whom I've talked have been polite and friendly. Also, for checks that didn't require work, I was not charged. I believe that nothing unnecessary was done. This has been greatly appreciated. more

Service Maint. 1/5/2017

Great care for vehicle and safe process of installation of parts. Milage was mis recorded at 104,000 miles as it should have been 140,000. I will remain loyal customer. Thank you!!!! more
