I would never rent from another company besides Sheraton. 8/1/2011

I have rented from Sheraton for over 7 years and I have not had a problem with the property management. Our manager Cher does a great job making sure things are taken care of in a timly manner and she follows up with us to make sure ebverything was taken care of. We have had a few hiccups with the services department but all in all I would never rent from another company besides Sheraton. more

quick & efficient in processing my application for approval 7/28/2011

Sheraton REM has been extremely helpful in finding me a quality place to live. They were quick & efficient in processing my application for approval as well as finding me great home with all the amenties I was looking for. Whenever there has been a repair needed, their maintenance team responded quickly to ensure issue was corrected. I highly recommend Sheraton for any assistance you need in finding your next apartment, condo, etc. Danette is the best!!!! more

I would highly recommend Sheraton to ANYONE! Every time I have had a problem with anything, they are quick to call back and get the problem fixed in a timely matter! Danette has been the one in charge of our account and she is awesome! She is always friendly and quick to respond! What a great company! more

He is a bright and smiling person who has always been there to personally address anything that I, or the French Quarter, have needed. more

I think one of the reasons businesses are successful is due in part (and I would argue that it's in large part) to the people who operate that business on a daily basis, because the relationships that those acting on behalf of the property management team make w/their customers is of utmost importance. more

I am taking the easy way out. Sheraton Real Estate Management is a five star company. Ellen is the assigned manager of our property. She is skilled in managing the various facets of property management, such as marketing the property; the cost-benefits of maintenance and improvements; the tenant's desires; and the owner's quest to earn a currently competitive rate of return on their investment. Ellen definitely deserves a five star rating and I don't want to lose her. more
