Don't get sick on your lunch hour, because this place is CLOSED between Noon and 1 o'clock! They won't even answer the phone! The sign on the door says they open at 9:00 A.M., unfortunately and often the door isn't unlocked until after nine. Dr. Ferrarra has great bedside manner, listens and diagnoses well. I've been a patient for quite a few years, but I have to agree with the previous statement...his and his associates' staff need to attend a customer service experience course. Here's a not-so-new concept in patient care - take care of the patient's emotional needs not just their physical needs. Be friendly, courteous, polite, discreet and timely. As with anything one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch, but there is more than one bad apple here.
