I have been going to Shelton for a couple of years now and have been very satisfied with the level of care that my animals have recieved from Dr.Lockwood, she is pleasant and knowledgeable, and takes a tender hand with my animals. However, I was just recently utterly disturbed with the front desk service. I myself am in customer service, and at least a hello and a look up are in order for somone walking in the door. We got nothing. At all. No smile, no greeting, no look up. The two woman may have looked up from their computers once. The lady who was "taking care" of us, was rude and crass in her demeanor and tone. I was blown away that someone working so close to the tenderness of animals could be so cold, unfriendly, and just plain RUDE. I love Dr. Lockwood, but that is an extremly poor representation of the level of care being provided.
