They have always been honored on my jobs. The crew is always friendly and knowledgable as well as careful ad professional. The office has always been helpful with the scheduling and moving materials. I hve referred them to friends and co-workers and everyone has been satisfied. more

We were very pleased with our move. They visited our house and provided us with a written quote which was firm. Our goods were well packed and wrapped, as needed, and everything arrived in good condition except for a damaged grill which Shelli van lines reimbursed me for. Mike and Kyle were a great driving team and effectively managed the loading and unloading steps and accessible either by email or phone to answer questions we had about the move. more

Service was amazing, I cant believe there are so many bad reviews on this company. I called the company a week prior to my move and was given an estimate over the phone. the representitive explained all the charges and the possible extra charges aswell. on the day of my move the movers showed up on time and ready to work, the move took an hour over estimate and I was charged a little over what I expected for materials. By the end of the move the cost was slighty above what i expected, yet i was happy and willing to pay as the service was execptional and the men really took care of all my belongings. I would absoultly use this company again, and would reccomend them to anyone. If your looking for good service, having your belongings taken care of and delivered all in one piece, this company can get the job done. more

Last month I had called Shelli Van Lines among many other companies to inquire about a move from Hoboken and Jersey city into Ridgewood, NJ. I am a newly wed and needed cheap and efficient movers to move both me and my wife into our new home. My greatest concern was with the huge amount of complaints on almost every company in the state, the only companies I found with no complaints were extremely expensive and completely out of my range. I spoke with a representative from Shelli van lines who had given me a quote of $75 per hour and advised me materials would be additional, I asked all the questions necessary to avoid additional unseen charges and hoped for the best. on the day of the move I was prepared to pay a little above the estimate as I understand an estimate is just an estimate, I was pleasantly surprised when the movers gave me my bill which did not deviate from the original estimate. the movers showed up on time and worked at an extremely quick and efficient pace which may have been what really saved me the money. The only thing I was not pleased about was that one of the movers ""the foreman"" was not an active participant in the labor. He was the one who went over the prices and bill with me and my new wife, and relayed message to the movers as to where to assemble the furniture, although that was helpful I feel the move may have taken a shorter time had he helped. But again, the price did not deviate from the estimate so I cant complain too much. Over all i had a pleasant and painless experience with the company and would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a quick, easy, and cheap move. more

I've used Shelli Vanlines twice in the past year, once for my parents and the first time for myself yesterday. Pricing is great and the service is exemplary. I contacted Shelli Van Lines on November 22nd in regards to my move. They assured me that everything will be taking care of and that they will provide a stress free move. I had nothing to worry about. They gave me a rate of $65 an hour which i was ok with. I stated many times that i need to move on Monday November 28 or no later than November 29th. They said they can do Monday November 28th. This was great because i am off Monday and Tuesday. I received an email from Melissa to confirm my move. It said November 29th Tuesday in the amount of 65.00 for a 3 men crew. I was ok with that i thought they found an opening for Tuesday. Then the next day i get another email saying that the move is going to take place on the 27th and it more
