After spending $5,000 on a new oil boiler, and being convinced to go from 2 zones to 1, one of our rooms consequently does not get heated (same season as installation). There was no help in trying to rectify this, only a service call CHARGE telling us that we need to move the thermostat...\r

After trying to talk to "Mike" (JR), I realized these people don't care about service. Now I'll go to better business bureau and discourage anyone from giving these people business. \r
Compainies with poor customer service need to be out of business, let's make it happen.
