Disappointed 3/24/2014

I took my truck and they said it was my seat switch and then I watched a video on YouTube. The video said makes sure all connections are tight and then my my seat magically moved. They were going to charge me $600 dollars. Rip off more

overheated engine fix 3/23/2014

I had an overheating engine and this place was my only option to have it repaired right away. It turned out I had 2 coolant hoses that had burst and 2 others that looked old so they replaced 4 hoses for $375. For $375, I came back to a lovely cigarette aroma in my car and a squeaky serpentine belt (They were messy with the coolant). Coolant stains all over the engine and belt. It took a couple days and myself tightening hose clamps for the squeaking to go away. I later noticed they charged me for a quart of oil claiming it was low. I had just changed the oil the day before with synthetic oil and had the level half-way between "add" and "full". They decided on their own I needed the level at "full" and they mixed non-synthetic oil in there. more

I spent $4oo+ to get a problem fixed and in the end I still have the same problem. It never got fixed. more

Local and convenient 3/20/2014

I've had good service here before, so decided to try an oil change. After picking up my car, I discovered tools in the back seat as well as black grime all over the seats. I returned the next day and they cleaned up the mess, but it was time consuming and annoying, especially since they had my car for the entire day. more

I had my car in on Thursday by noon and back that evening thanks to their late night pick up! Most shops would have kept my car overnight since I don't get out of work until 7. Eastport Shell allows pick up until 10pm, so I had my baby home the same day. Bud and his crew were honest, affordable, and very friendly. Being new to the area, it feels great to know I have a place to take my car when it needs some TLC. more

Flexible scheduling, quality service. 2/20/2014

I have never had a problem scheduling maintenance visits well in advance or on extremely short notice. Turn around times are very reasonable along with the costs! more

Only thing I would have liked is one of those plastic tags on my windshield in the corner reminding me of mileage for next oil change. They do great work more
