Best

Excellent pulled-pork/BBQ! I'm originally from Memphis, Tennessee, so I know what I'm talking about. I'm very impressed. PS: Their greens are AMAZING! This is a rare find. <3

The Provocatively Elegant and Initimate 7/25/2002

Excellent food, wine, service, and staff. The ambience is very nice, elegant, and initimate. I would rate this establishment 4 ****'s . Pros: romantic Cons: needs better parking more

Great for after work 5/20/2002

My colleagues and I like how this place is in a central location and near the El. So, when we come here, everyone has an easy way home. The beers are well-priced and the selection of taps is average for Chciago pubs. The best thing about this place is the large outdoor area. Pros: Porch Cons: crowded in winter more

My colleagues and I like how this place is in a central location and near the El. So, when we come here, everyone has an easy way home. The beers are well-priced and the selection of taps is average for Chciago pubs. The best thing about this place is the large outdoor area. Pros: Porch Cons: crowded in winter more

Usually a relaxed atmosphere 5/16/2002

This is one of my favorites, but I was a bit irritated on my last visit. The place was not even half-full -- plenty of room in the beer garden -- and they gave me a hard time about bringing in my 3-year-old. We finally got in, but the hassle was irritating. Anyway, the Anchor Steam on tap here is worth the trip. And the patio beer garden in the summer is fab. Pros: Beer selection Cons: A touch of attitude more
