I made a spa appointment for my wife as a Valentine's Day present. I made my appointment at the time the gift certificate was purchased. The staff was friendly at the time of purchase. However, upon my wife arriving for her appointment, she was told her appointment was nowhere on the ""books"", and was rescheduled for later this month. I called after my wife came home to inquire what had happened and what would be done to rectify it. This is where I was truly disappointed in their service. I asked the lady who answered the phone what could be done, and she stated I would need to talk to the person who allegedly booked the appointment. I informed her that I didn't feel comfortable seeking a resolution from someone who did not book the appointment correctly in the first place. When I tried to ask for the keyholder or manager on duty, the lady on the phone suprisingly interrupted me and attempted to rush me off the phone. I understand that it is busy, it is a weekend, and they may not be able to take care of anything today...but being rude and not making an attempt to listen to a customer whose appointment was lost is simply unacceptable. It is particularly unfortunate as this is not the first time this Spa has misplaced an appointment for myself or a family member. My assesment is as such: if you are a walk in and can be serviced then give it a shot. However, if you need to make an appointment in advance don't place much stock in their staff to remember it, and if you call in prepare to be interrupted and rushed off the phone. It is ironic that a location intended to pamper their customers is apparently so intent on losing them.
Pros: Friendly at time of sale
Cons: Service after the sale, Accurate appointment keeping
