Phil Sheehan is a theif and I am sure he is related to Pam Sheehan. He stole 7000. dollars from me by asking me to pay him for work he did not complete. Foolishly I paid him thinking he is a decent person because he was referred to me by Jean who worked for Sheehan Realty. After giving him the money he never was seen again. I went down to Sheehan Realty in a rage and spoke to Pam and i told her that if the man was dying in front of me I would not help him. -end of story. Sheehan Realty is a joke. I tell everyone to go to a more credible realtor. My children and I had to do without because this man stole from us. I was also told I could not press criminal charges as the guy was transient and did not have an address. What he listed down on his contracts was bogus. I looked high and low for him and could not find him. I hope he is dead now. more

Imagine finding a home you want to see. Calling your realtor to see it. Loving the home but because it is a For Sale By Owner, the realtor does whatever she can to move you in another direction. Cons: Everything more

I purchased my very first home with Sheehan Realty in 1984 to begin my new family life in Taunton. After 5 years in our first home and our second child on the way it was time to expand so we called Sheehan Realty to which we purchased our second home. In late 2008 Sheehan realty came to my rescue once again, after children had grown and in process of a divorce it was now time to sell our family home and purchase a home of my own. Sheehan to the rescue!!! I have now purchased my very own home and could not have done it successfully without the help and expertise of Sheehan Realty. Just want to mention how great I think Sheehan Realty is. I have been buying and selling homes for about twenty years and have had deallings with many Realtor. I think Pam Sheehan is the best there is. I have moved to florida and when my mom passed away this year I was left with the task of selling her home in Norton MA. Sheehan realty was one of the worst real estate angencies i have ever worked with. Trying to buy my first home was supposed to be a difficult but exciting experience and they made it impossible. Not only are they difficult to work with or get in touch with, but they are demanding, not flexible, unwilling to do anything to help the client, and most of all, rude. They do not understand that this is the most important decision and purchase of your life and have no respect for you. Please stay away from these people who think it is allright to belittle their clients and make this life-changing experience a nightmare. Pros: Nothing Cons: Too many to count more
