I am a very VERY upset customer. I brought my yorkie here for a little puppy cut and when I picked her up I asked how she was, because I know she gets really nervous. The girl told me she did great and that if anything was wrong she would tell me - It's policy. I brought her home and noticed a cut on her belly - No one had told me about this and I was pretty upset but she could have cut herself with her newly cut nails so I didnt think anything of it. The next day my dog was acting a little funny - licking herself to where she was all red - I figured she was just itchy from the new cut but then she continued doing this - I called my vet and they said it sounds like clipper burn - and we should bring her in to make sure theres no infection. They also said to call the groomer and let them know about the issue. We called and spoke to a very very rude ""lady"" who said she was the owner... She said the dog was not cut and that she had told us about the clipper burn and to put cream on it. MY DOG IS LIKE MY CHILD, IF SHE TOLD ME THERE WAS AN ISSUE I WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT. I told her that wasn't true and that now I have to take her to the vet. She said I don't have to take her to the vet...Then she told me she got cut because she was wiggling around so much..understandable, but she had just said she didn't get cut. either way I should have been told about any issue. I was called a low life who only cared about money and not my dog. I was told to never call them again, I was yelled at and hung up on. All because she didn't advise her customer there was an issue. Words can't describe how unhappy and unsatisfied I am. never again
