Great fans, food has gotten insanely better, good place to watch a game. Easy to get to from the 7 train. Oh and it's in Flushing, where you can find some of the best Chinese and Korean food around. more

BAD BAD BAD 4/15/2006

This is an expensive stadium. In a bad neigborhood. With HORRIFIC traffic issues before and after the game. The concessions are terrible and to top it off, you are subjected to watching the Mets. Only go to Shea if you are a fan of the visiting team and it is your only possibility of seeing your heroes. more

Pretty Good Stadium 4/14/2006

Shea Stadium isn't the best stadium- it feels a bit retro with it's uncomfortable seats, old school features and bright blue and orange decor. It's a great place to see a game though. The mets fans are passionate and they always show up in full force. They also have excellent ballpark dogs and food. Go Mets! more

What could be bad about something that blue 1/13/2006

Shea Stadium is the bluest edifice I have ever seen. I am telling you, it is so blue! In addition to the shocking blueness, there are glowing baseball bats of the outside. Enough about the outside. On the inside you will find the world famous 1986 winners of the World Series - the New York Mets. They play baseball and if you want to see them play in New York, you can go to Shea Stadium. more

Home OF The Mets 8/17/2005

Shea stadium is the former home of the Jets and is stil home of the Mets. Its a pretty clean stadium and if you are a met fan I can guarantee you will have a great time there. The seats are orange just like the color of the mets. So if your going to see the new york mets be prepared to come to Shea Stadium. more

Fun for Adults & Kids 8/10/2005

Met fan or not, Shea Stadium is a blast. It is a great venue, with amazing baseball. Some historic events have taken place there, including world series games. This is the mets home stadium, and is very large and fairly clean. The games are very easy to get into, and baseball is a fun experience at Shea even if you arn't a baseball fan. I definitly recommend checking out a baseball game at Shea, its worth it. more
