Great people, great services, and relaxing ambience 8/20/2007

I love this place. Sandy and her staff have created a spa that makes me feel like a princess. They have made my health and well-being their business. They ask all the right questions, and work with me as though I were family. Private and quite. Sandy has helped me deal with health problems I have had for about 10years. The instant results are great, but she thinks long-term first. I could not give her a higher recommendations! more

SHE is a little slice of heaven. 6/7/2007

Sandy has been taking excellent care of my daughters and me for three years. She has rescued me from my own destruction by clearing up problems that I have manifested through stress, illness, and too much sun. Sandy has always had time for me and even made special appointments for me when my schedule was inflexible. Sandy and her staff truly care about every person who walks through their doors. Getting a facial at SHE, Etc., is like taking a mini-vacation. I love Sandy, her staff, and the beautiful setting they have created. Pros: relaxing environment, pampering from the time you arrive until you leave Cons: that I have to go home eventually! more

My Favorite Spa 5/26/2007

I was looking for a Hair Salon in Georgetown because we come from Austin area to She Etc for spa services. We were angry over the review we saw the She site. They have to be kidding to give a review a year later on this spa. We love this place and they are more reliable than any spa in the area. friendly staff, but fell through for my wedding 5/24/2007

I had booked them for myself and 6 other girls for my wedding to do makeup. I had the airbrushing done at the salon for my bridal pictures, which turned out great and I was so excited about the wedding. Then the WEEKEND before my wedding the owner called to tell me she forgot she had to do a fair in town and wouldn't be able to do the makeup for my wedding unless it was only me and they had to be done by 9 in the morning!!! My wedding wasn't until 6:30 that evening and I had 6 other girls counting on them too. I of course said no thanks. I'm sure they would have done an excellent job. I absolutely loved the spa the day I got to visit for my airbrushing. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I just couldn't believe they would cancel on me one week before the wedding so just beware if you book them for this purpose. Pros: charming building, friendly staff Cons: unreliable more

A Spa that Makes you Feel Right at Home! 5/21/2007

My girlfriends surprised me on my Bachlorette weekend with a day at She Etc. We were greeted with strawberry topped mimosas and warm smiles. I couldn't get enough of the services- going from the deep pore facial to a pedicure and finished with a back massage that put all worries at ease. Not only were the spa services amazing, but the food was to die for. Who doesn't love brie cheese and caviar? It was the perfect atmosphere to hang with girlfriends- I especially enjoyed the porch swing in the back garden. I highly recommend this unique spa to anyone! Enjoy!! more

BEST SPA IN THE AUSTIN AREA 5/9/2007

I took my wife to She Etc for a couples massage/facial. The massages and facials were the best we have ever received anywhere prior! (and we have had many) The staff is very friendly, the enviroment is warm and inviting and the services are top notch. They aren't missing anything that a first class spa would offer! Thanks to the staff for a very memorable day!! more

Best Eyebrows in Town! 3/3/2007

I highly recommend She Etc. for any spa service your heart desires. Staff is kept up to date on all the latest procedures in beauty and skin! Best Eyebrows in the area! Facials are all inclusive, upper lip wax and brows, which are done by hand, no waxing and pulling on skin...hand tweezed! Be prepared to be pampered in this Century Old warm and loving House in the Historic part of Georgetown. 5 star rating from this client who has been to day spa's from Maui to the East Coast! Pros: Eyebrows and upper lip wax included in facials Cons: none that I can think of more

Enchanting! 2/28/2007

I was fortunate enough to receive a Valentine's Day gift certificate to She Etc. and was very impressed with the quality of service I received. Not only were the treatments relaxing, but the staff catered to my every need. They had a lovely garden in the back where I sat and relaxed between treatments. I will definitely return and bring friends for a girls' group treatment. You will not be disappointed! more

From the moment you arrive at the door, you are taken away from all your daily stresses. I have been to several spas but never one like this. Sandy is incredible. She has all the knowledge, equipment and products of the european spas with the warm southern hospitality of austin. Hopefully, you'll visit on a day her mom is there. She'll touch your heart forever!!! You'll feel like your family and leave so refreshed. I highly recommend staying around after your treatment for a cup of tea, accompanied with snacks, and a detox treatment. You'll leave feeling years younger. I would never let anyone else touch my face since I met Sandy. She is such an honest person with incredible talent. You'll love her. Amazing Facial! 8/29/2006

Not too long ago, a few days before our wedding Jeremy and I went to your spa for a facial. The service was amazing as was the facial. We got to spend sometime chatting with the owner's mother as well. I wanted to share this with her and just say thank you for being so sweet and lovely. Jeremy and I had such a nice time at She Etc. Incredible! 7/26/2006

Sandy, I wanted to thank you again for a wonderful international spa experience yesterday. My skin just feels incredible. I am still feeling the wonderful after effects of the body wrap and facial. I know you told me what type of mask you used on my face yesterday, but I was so relaxed during my treatments, I can't remember what you said. I remember how wonderfully cool and refreshing it was. Is it possible to purchase a mask kit from you? I have told all of my girlfriends about She Etc. and we are thinking about booking an afternoon during the holidays or shortly there after as Christmas presents to ourselves. What a great suprise! You will not believe the knowledge and quality of the services. I have lived all over and this is by far the best group of spa services around. The staff explains all of the services. You have to try the wraps, the collegen facial, and the detox water bath. Thanks to all the staff!! Pros: very knowledgable - they care more about the customer than just the money Cons: downtown Georgetown - but definately worth the drive more

Miraculous Facials! 3/31/2006

The staff at She was very understanding when my sister and I arrived a little late for our appointments. Upon arriving, we felt very pampered and enjoyed our day immensely. Honestly, both of us agreed that our facials did miraculous wonders for our skin! My colleagues told me I was "glowing" for weeks after! It was a wonderful experience and we will be back for sure! Definitely Worth the Drive! 3/7/2006

I live and work in Austin but am happy to make the drive to She several times a month to get my facials, waxing, nails, and any other treatments done at. The staff is so welcoming and knowledgable.
