Where do I start...I was quoted a price and a specific timeframe, I paid up front, but Shawn's Custom Tees didn't hold up their end of the deal. I was charged differently and my shirts were late. Arriving, I was charged an additional fee to convert my image into a vector file, this wasn't disclosed via the quote I received via email. I was told I would receive the file since I paid for it, it’s been almost a month, numerous emails, phone calls, and NOTHING, not even the courtesy to return a phone call. It's cheaper to download the free version of Adobe and make your own file. I emailed Shawn to check the status of the order I paid for and the response I got was that the order wasn't put in because I didn't pay. I paid upfront when I ordered them. He should know what is going on in his own business. I didn't receive my shirts on time, then was told to meet Shawn to pick them up, I had to send numerous emails to ask if he was going to show up after I waited there for him in the parking lot....apparently his workers know about appointments made and what is going on more than him. I left and had to turn around after emailing him that I was leaving Shawn finally responded that he would be there in 10 minutes, 30 minutes later he arrived and gave me my order. If you don't care about a company's commitment to their word, service, price quotes, and how the communicate with their customers then by all means this is the place for you. I rather pay more for better quality customer then the service I received. The only semi-competent person I dealt with was Thomas even though he doesn’t return phone messages, emails, nor sends filed that were paid for. So congrats on the lack of customer service skills, at the end of the day that is the most important quality
