I was extremely happy with my experiences at this groomer! These girls are very friendly and knowledable t really know what they are talking about and they are so great with my dog she loves to go to the groomers so it is obvious that they take good care of her while she is there. I have been to other grooming places before and wasnt very happy but ever since I found this place I stayed and have been going there for almost 3 years! Also their prices are very reasonable. This shop is awesome! I go here once a month with our dog Max because they love the animals and the price is right. Max is a black lab; this is the first shop where they cut his nails and they did not bleed. I love this shop!!! Pros: Friendly Employees more

We have taken our dog there two times now. The first time it ended up costing more than they originally tolod us due to extra work.. This time, it was not even half the work as last time and they charged us the same. $90 to shave a dog is rediculous. They also do not listen to what you want for the dog. We asked for them to take off half the exisiting length and they pretty much shaved it to the skin. We also specifally asked for the inside of the ears to be plucked and they were not done. The shaving is very uneven. It looks like his ribs are sticking out it's so bad. We are taking him somewhere else to get his hair fixed. We could have done this same cut ourselves at home with our clippers and saved the headache and money. Also, as soon as we left the shop, our dog urinated for almost a minute straight. It was quite obivous they did not take the dog out to potty, even though they had him for 6 hours. As soon as we got home he drank a ton of water, so it doesn't look like they gave him anythign to drink either. I would call this neglect and abuse. We WILL NOT be returning.
