Hurt me to see the previous reviews. We have known Dr. Tucker since she and Dr. Mansfield took over the practice from Dr. Woods. We have NEVER been unhappy there. Dr. Tucker especially helped my diabetic cat live much longer than she would have without her care. And the whole staff especially Robert have always shown professional care and personal compassion to our pets all these years. \r We have NO intention of ever going anywhere else. We love Dr. Tucker, Miss Dr. Mansfield and always enjoy seeing Robert and the rest. more

would never go back to bloomingdale. used friends of animal cert and none of the staff knew what they were talking about, fee went from 90 to 450$, vet was talking about me from the other room and then they checked my facebook and told me to take my posts down about them. every time we went back there was another hidden cost. dr tucker is extremely rude, unprofessional and doesnt know how to treat her customers. i couldnt be paid to go back there! more

Worst vet experience ever--brought a new (shelter) puppy to Dr. Tucker for general exam and treatment of Demodex. She said she needed to work up a treatment plan and would call me later that day. 2 weeks went by with no word on the care plan OR the results of a stool sample I had left. I followed up with their office twice before she called me back herself and with a chuckle said her tech was supposed to call me and forgot!! My dog has Mange and needs care and your tech forgot. I had my puppy's records sent to another hospital where they informed me she had Giardia--a contagious parasite that Bloomingdale tested her positive for had never called me to tell me about!!! Its not only contagious for our other animals, but also to my husband and I. Now, I have to treat BOTH my dogs for this condition and it has cost me $$$ in repeating tests and exams to get their health straightened out. Not to mention the puppy has double fungal ear infections--another oversight during Dr. Tuckers exam. To top it all off, they are charging almost double the fees for the same vaccines as other animal hospitals--I paid $73/shot for my dogs lymes vaccine and it costs $32/shot at the new hospital. Plus--she didn't have the know enough to pre-test my dog before administering the vaccine, which I've learned is very dangerous for him. If you care about your animals you will not leave them in the care of Bloomingdale Animal Hospital or Dr. Tucker. more
