I recently had a surgical procedure done (laparoscopic hysterectomy) and knowing that Dr. Shaw was doing it made all the difference in my comfort level. She stays on top of new developments, but also thoroughly educates you about the pros and cons of your decisions. She never rushes her visits with you and takes every care that you are left fully informed and satisfied with your care. On a personal level she is direct, down-to-earth and has a great sense of humor.
My financial situation has been really difficult lately. Dr. Shaw worked with me to do things in the most affordable way and was very sensitive to trying to minimize expense.
Her front desk staff are also extremely friendly and personable
