I expected him to be thorough servicing my electric furnace because Shavitz reps have never disappointed in providing the maintenance needed. Alex was especially great in discussing variable options to help me with my heat. He was so very informative and knowledgeable, plus personable. Great experience all around. Thanks Shavitz more

Jose is a great technician 12/13/2019

I would like to give 5 stars because we are so consistently pleased with Jose's service. He knows our HVAC system very well, and recently installed a smart thermostat quickly and expertly, despite some tricky wiring in our system. While we are very pleased with Jose's work, I must say that the charge for this call, which lasted less than an hour, was ridiculously high, especially considering that we are longtime, faithful customers. Nevertheless, we will stay with Shavitz, because we are so happy with Jose. more

Summer Time 6/12/2019

Alex did a great job checking my A/C for the Summer He advised me that although my unit is old it's still functioning. If it becomes time for a new A/C I will contact Shavitz more

Boiler repair 5/10/2019

We had Craig out for our boiler repair this week and he would not have been more responsible, attentive, professional and helpful. He quickly identified the issues and always kept me informed of the process and repair issues. He was diligent in checking every facet of our system, went to get parts needed to increase the efficiency of the boiler and spent the entire day making sure the work was done right, he also made a point of advising how to utilize shavitz rewards program to make the most of our visit that day. He was patient, communicative and very knowledgeable and had an amazing attitude the entire day. I’d highly recommend schavitz and Craig for any repairs and would definitely use him again. more
