My pool hadn`t been cleaned for...a few months. I realized that i just can`t handle my pool anymore with my schedule. I have 2 retrievers and regardless of the water condition they will jump in. It was important to have my pool clean and not filled with chemicals. when I found Pwlshrk Inc The Pool Shark they completely cleaned up the pool within a few days time. My pool design was very sophisticated and unique. The owner had a similar design at his own house and he did a close version for me. I enjoyed visting real customers that they have built pools for and looking at actual pools. I am retired so what else do I have to do. I felt extremely confident with Sharper Image after spending almost a day driving around from pool to pool. These guys work is top notch and 95% of their employees or subs seemed to have worked for them for an average of ten years or more and I could tell they new exactly what they were doing. I special ordered about 50% of the products used on my pool although this can slow the job up a little, but they still finished slightly ahead of the time promissed. I was impressed with the experienced mechanics and cleaners this company sent to my house. The price was very reasonable based on the other bids I received. Good Service, good company. They seem to do everything they say they are going to do and a little bit more. Prices are average and competative, but they are definately worth a little more than other pool company's. You get what you pay for. Pros: good service Cons: none to mention more

They have been taking care of my pool for several years now. I commend the job they do. As things have gotten tough in this economy I am forced to let go of some of my expenses. My husband had name a few things that we could do with out till he found a new job. Of course pool cleaning came up but, I JUST CAN NOT DO WITH OUT THEM. They are wonderful!! I will keep them around no matter what! I will quit eating out as much just to keep my pool service because they are that good. I love my pool cleaner he goes out of his way to make my life easier when it comes to my pool. Very knowledgeable people. more

I called sharper image on a Friday because my motor was smoking & very hot to the touch. When on the phone the said they could get me schedule for Monday. I explained that I wanted to have it done sooner than that and I was immediately asked what area I was in I was put on hold & seconds later they picked up and stated that the service professional would be at my home in less than half an hour. He showed up at my home replaced my motor and had the job done. Thank you Sharper Image Pools for being so quick and getting my equipment issues solved. more

Reliable Service. Honest. I hired this company to do regular pool service and they have been doing a very good job. Solved my plaster staining problem for free. I feel that this company is honest a will only fix something if its actualy broken. I wish I could say this for my car mechanic. Fabulous service. This company has experienced employee's that handled my pool issues with ease. I had a pool that was leaking through the tile and it seemed like a small repair, but with further inspection at no initial cost they found what was the real issue was, a cracked shell. I had had several other pool company's come out and they only fixed the problems superficially. I have had them doing my cleaning service for six months now after the repair, and the service is great. My pool cleaner is friendly and always performs the job satisfactorily. I felt that I needed to give this company a compliment or two. They SAVED me money and allot of water. I will definitely rehire them. more

I had Sharper Image doing my cleaning service for almost eleven years now and I recently had them remodel my pool. Warning, this company is a rip-off. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company from the start. The staff are not reliable and on one occassion actually lied and stated they had serviced my pool when I was home all day and no one came. The service is good when actually performed but good luck with your scheduled visits. I know there are other honest pool service companies in the Bay area-please fine one and leave Sharper Image alone. more

Sharper Image Pools has done a fabulous job for me for almost a decade . The staff is friendly and very experienced. The pool service is consistanly good and I recently hired them to do a remodel on the pool. Pros: honest, experienced staff, on time, consistant quality Cons: none more

We were good customers of Sharper Image for a number of years. They were expensive and often quite reliable (showing up two or three days after the scheduled weekly visit), but they were okay.
