Sharp Vision

Very disappoint when I picked up my daughters glasses and contacts today. My daughter has worn glasses for the past 11 years and when we pick up new glasses the tech always has her try them on to see if they fit and were sized correctly. Today when we went to pick up her new glasses, the tech got them and placed them on the counter along with her contacts and said ""here you go."" We looked down at our products on the counter and back up to the tech who just looked back t us. My daughter grabbed her glasses and contacts and we walked out of the store. In the car asked my daughter to try them on before we drove off. Thankfully they fit perfect. I will never visit this store again. I spent over $360.00 dollars and this was disrespectful and uncalled for. Their are to many vision centers in my area which would welcome my business. I won't be back and I'll make sure my friends stay clear of this center. Dr. Le's work was spot on, but his front office could use a few lessons on etiquette and customer service. They lost my business more

I cannot stress how awesome this place is. Their eye exams for contacts and glasses are significantly cheaper than any place I've ever been. They don't nickle and dime you over every little thing (a lot of the places I went previously wanted to make a second charge for 'color contact exams', its the same damn thing as your regular!). They're super helpful if you have any questions or concerns and its very easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend stopping by! Pros: Super affordable exams, friendly staff Cons: none! more

I went in to get my eyes checked and to be fitted for glasses and contacts. I was seen by Dr. Le's intern who was very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Le checked her work after she was finished and she was spot on. Everyone was friendly and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my contacts. These are my first contacts and I was given tutorials on how to care for them as well as how to wear them. (I had some questions about my contacts after I left the office, but I don't know if that was my lack of knowing what to ask or their lack of informing me of possible issues.) I was able to pick up my glasses in under two hours. They have a great selection of designer frames to choose from. I was able to pick out a great pair of frames from my favorite designer at a decent price. more
