I did not have a good experience at all! I called to make a prenatal appt as I had switched providers through my work and they wouldn't even schedule me an appt until I faxed over all my medical records from one visit I had with my previous provider, then ""the nurse would call me back."" She never called and I had to call 3 more times to get anyone to return my call to let me know they had received my 18 page fax...only to tell me ""it's only lab results, and we need more"" she wouldn't be specific and my previous provider kept telling me they had given me everything. So I called Sharp again 2 times to sort things out and get a prenatal appt....but ""the nurse would have to call me back."" She never did, until 2 1/2 WEEKS later to tell me she scheduled me in February (all of this happened between January 2nd-4th!) So I would ""need to call her bak if I wanted this appt."" I called her back and let her know that I had switched medical groups to the extremely poor customer service I had experienced....she didn't even care and hung up!!! DO NOT do business with them! Im glad I got out, it was that hard to schedule an appt...imagine what it could have been like trying to deliver a baby there!
