Sharp Auto Body

I took my RAV4-EV to Merritt for some repair needed when a couple of LDS missionaries backed up with their door open and put significant creases in our brand new car. It took only a couple of days to repair at 1/3 the price of the ""other"" shop in town and it looked like new again. That was 6 years ago. It still looks like new. I have recommended this shop to others and each has the same report; modest pricing and outstanding workmanship! Merritt, if you read this, I have a restoration project for you on it's way from New Jersey. I suspect it will be at least a $5000 job, maybe more. Lots of sheet metal rust. This business is great. \r I didnt approach this business at first as I had heard they were a very high quality shop and I just assumed the prices went along with that. I am so pleased with the quality of work and the price was definatley fair- I know. I researched.\r \r I shopped and researched all auto body shops in the area. One day, I just wanted it done and was sick to death of trying to minmize the costs and I dropped by for an estimate. They worked out the best deal with me and took care of everything. I was so happy when I saw my car. They even fixed my broken door lock.\r \r On top of that, when friends saw my car, guys who knew about auto body stuff told me, ""wow, they did a great job"" Apparently the paint is great quality and the color is perfect. \r \r I'm so glad I didnt go to one of those other shops that I thought was working with me on such a fair deal. . more

I'll be making a complaint to the California Department of Consumer Affairs\r Bureau of Automotive Repair to set them straight. Thats how upset I'm with their quality of work. Took in my car for an estimate and seemed like a nice guy but after I got my car... The work is horrible, looks like a rookie did it and the workers can't even speak English...Take your car else where this place isn't worth your time and money.....
