I would suggest better communication between the attorney, paralegal and client. The paralegal seems to not always communicate well. more

Basically, my experience with The Law Offices of Sharon J Brunner has been amazing! Everybody on her staff, including Sharon, have been there to support and treat me like they are going through what I'm going through so I never feel alone. These people care about me as more than just a client. They really do have a very different philosophy. The are practicing law for the right reasons, they want justice to be done and for the good guy to win. The office itself is clean, professional and everyone working there is dressed very nicely. This office is a class-act. Sharon surrounds herself with high-quality people who are motivated and really want to work there. She hires people who really care about her and she really cares about them. These are caring and compassionate people who truly work as a unit for the client. Sharon always gets back to me in a timely manner. She is very professional and efficient about what's going on. If I feel like I need to meet with her, she is happy to put me on the schedule. She'll listen to my concerns or comments and answer any questions I might have. If I am getting frustrated or feeling down with my case, she'll remind me of what's going on, the progress being made, where I stand in my case and what we're working toward and then I feel better. I'm going through a divorce right now. I used The Law Office of Sharon J. Brunner last year for a restraining order trial, and Sharon Brunner worked out well for that.
