Ms.Sarah is an awesome swim instructor.My 8 and 4 year olds love learning swimming from her..She makes the children comfortable,doesn't waste time and is passionate about what she is doing.She is the best insturctor we've had so far and we highly recommed her. more

We've been in the class for two months 5/30/2012

We've been in the class for two months now and I am impressed with how much my 22-23 month old has learned in just two months! Our instructor, Ms. Stephanie, has obviously done this for a long time because she knew many tricks to get all the little ones in our class to do different tasks in the water. We are going to keep taking classes with them! I would recommend them! more

I took my 14 month old to the Sharks & 5/28/2012

I took my 14 month old to the Sharks & Minnows class in Winter Park LifeStyle. Stephanie was our instructor and she was fantastic. She did a great job making sure I understood what I need to teach my daughter with individual attention while not taking away anything from the group. Each of us had time to have one on one time while also work in the group. The class are great and I highly recommend Sharks and Minnows (especially Stephanie) to those looking to get their child comfortable with being in and around the water. A+ service! more

Ask for Shea, definitely! 4/28/2012

We started lessons with Shea when my son was 6 months old, and had a wonderful experience. Not only was she great with the little one (she seems to have an unending supply of patience!), she was great with Mommy too, cause lets face it, its WAY scarier for Mommy letting go of the baby in four feet of water than it is for the little guy. After our first session, we actually followed Shea to another pool for his next session because we were spoiled. BUT, Shea was teaching two new teachers, and they both were great, and the second session wasn't nearly as scary (for Mommy) and both my 9 month old and I agree we would be more than happy with either of the two new teachers Shea trained. (so ask for Shea, or Brittany, or Stephanie, trust us!!!) more

Mrs. Shea provides quality swimming lessons!!!!!!! 4/25/2012

My daughter has been going to Shark and Minnows at the Shark Pool with Mrs. Shea NeSmith since she was 18mths and it has been by far a awesome experience. She teaches at her level and has the patience needed to work with any child individually depending on their needs. She makes the classes fun and makes me as a parent feel comfortable and secure at all times. I highly recommend Mrs. Shea and will continue to take my girls to her!!!! Thank you Mrs. Shae for this wonderful experience and thank you Shark and Minnows School for having such wonderful instructors! more

They were able to work with my son's skill level and teach him to swim. Ms. Shea, the instructor, was very patient and encouraging. We were very pleased with Sharks and Minnows. more

Highly Recommended Swim School! 4/20/2012

I signed my 3 year old to learn to swim. He is a typical boy and is very ""active"". The instructor, Ms. Shea, was very patient and positive. She provides great instruction and works with all skill levels. They also teach water safety. He can swim now, and we have continued instruction to make him a stronger swimmer. We have been going for 8 months and plan on continuing. I would highly recommend this school!! more

Great Swim School! 12/8/2011

My four year old son rambunctious and hyper as he is has learned to swim and has shown great skills in the water from the sessions he had this fall. He started as a Tadpole and is now a Sting Ray. His wonderful instructor, Ms. Shea, is very thorough, patient, and provides excellent instruction for this age group. All the kids are attentive and have shown great improvement. My son looks forward to going to swim class and enjoys his session with the other kids and his teacher. I would recommend taking as many sessions back to back, so the child is able to build off skills from the last level. I highly recommend Sharks and Minnows and would suggest requesting Ms. Shea as your child?s instructor! Thank you Ms. Shea!! We look forward to seeing you again in the new year for more classes! more

Best Swim class ever!! 8/10/2011

My son had a fear of water at the begining of his private lessons and by the end of the sessions he was swimming to his teacher from the pool wall and back and jumping in the water with no hesitation. more

Great Swim School!!!! 7/1/2011

This was our 1st swim class ever and Ms. Mary made it very fun and positive!! My daughter (8 years old) was so happy everyday we went. Ms. Mary knew just what to do and really could communicate with the kids. I would recommend this school to anyone!!! more

Excellent swim class! Thanks to Miss Molly! 6/29/2011

This is the second year we enrolled our son (almost 3 yr) in lessons with Sharks and Minnows. He's in the tadpole / frog level. I can't say enough good things about them! It's easily the best decision we've made. My son loves the lessons and we feel more confident with him in the water. Not only is he learning to swim but he's learning skills to survive if he were to fall in the water. Sharks and Minnows instruction methods make me feel good - the holds they teach, the repetitive motions that keep my son safe (like reaching back for the wall, wall crawls etc) are priceless! Miss Molly is an excellent teacher! She knows just what to do. It's often times hard to deal with toddlers in the water - she's really great! Our son loves her! more

Terrific Swim Class 6/24/2011

My almost 3 year old daughter just completed her first class (Tadpole) at Celebration. Ms. Mary is a wonderful instructor. She's patient with the kids and works with each kid one-on-one to make sure they are progressing. I highly recommend Sharks and Minnows and I especially recommend taking Ms. Mary's class. more

Great swim school 6/24/2011

My 3-1/2 year old daughter had such an awesome experience with sharks and minnows. Last year, she completed the infant and toddler class and she just completed the next level. She had such a great time at class. Ms. Mary made the class at Celebration Hospital so much fun. My daughter asked almost everyday if she could go to swim class. It is such a wonderful thing to see her swim the 10feet by herself and feel more comfortable in the water. more

Great class and instructors 6/16/2011

My wife and I very much enjoyed and learned from our class at Lifestyle Fitness in Winter Park. The instructors were very patient and helpful and the exercises were taught in a fun manner so that it was easy for us to incorporate into our pool routing outside of class. more

We love Shea 4/27/2011

Miss Shea is awesome with my 2 year old daughter. This is her second year with Miss Shea and everyday she asks to go swimming with Miss Shea! Shea is an excellent teacher. She is calm and patient with both my daughter and us. She has great technical skills and we have also been impressed with the way she trains new teachers well. We hope to continue to have Shea teach our daughter to swim! more

Our daughter has been in swim lessons with Megan for about a month and she is amazingly patient and understanding! I know trying to teach toddlers swim skills is challenging, but Megan definately rises to the challenge. We are excited about our daughters new-learned ability and will definately come back for more! more

MEGAN IS AWESOME!!! 4/15/2011

We have been with Megan for 3 months now...and we followed Megan over from the Celebration Pool to the Lifestyle Fitness Pool in Winter Park...and all for one reason....OUR DAUGHTER HAS VASTLY IMPROVED HER SWIM STROKES AND LEARNS SOMETHING NEW WITH EVERY VISIT. Our daughter just turned 4 and can swim all 4 strokes!!! She enjoys working with Megan and they have bonded well!!! We Brag about Megan to everyone we know! We travel more than an hour to class twice a week...but the end result has been well worth it!!!! Megan is GREAT and my wife and I highly recommend her if you're thinking about swim lessons for your child!!! more
