My sister in law bought a Pontiac Grand Am from this den of theives. The second it got home, it bathed her driveway in fluids. The gasket blew, the radiator spewed anti-freeze and it there was also what looked like transmission fluid. They did ""fix"" it for her that day. I do not know how quickly you can replace a gasket, but I doubt it can be done quickly in one afternoon. I imagine their solution was just ""Stop Leak"". 10 days later the clutch for the AC control went. When we called about it they actually HUNG UP ON US!!!! I guess a lawyer will have to take it up with them. Pros: They have family and friends willing to write false reviews Cons: Every thing about them more

me and my husband went to shannon motors it was the worst the guy told us we could put down $500 down payments since our credit was bad then later he turn around and told us we had to put $1000 so we never took the car because the car they were trying to give us was not worth $1000 deposit it was a piece of s**t more

I cant believe what I read about that last bad review. I went to both the Johnston and the Warwick stores and I was met with polite sales people and pleasant administration that processed my purchase. Im very thankful to them for getting me financed. I never thought any one would get me financed then I went to Shannon Motors, and now I am driving a nice car. My brother is in the process of getting one now. I went to Shannon Motors for the same reason everyone does bad credit little money to put down my car just died and so on... things were fine with the Warwick store not a problem. Then send me to Johnston what a pit that place is. Girls in the office swearing like truckers, the finance guy made me wait almost 45 minutes so he could eat his lunch, but said he was waiting for my paperwork.. I know he was eating lunch cuz he walked in with it while I was there. Ooh not to mention the scam with the warranties and the car taxes. Then a week after owning the car - it had to go in because the brakes went. The Mechanic told me whoever inspected this car did a horrible job. They do some work on it then tell me they dont have time to fix the rest I need to bring it back... Umm sorry NO... the people there ( Johnston) while i was there just have filthy mouths, not that I dont swear but if I was at work and spoke like that.. I'd be fired on the spot. The worst part is it was the females... The got me stuck in this car but NEVER NEVER will I buy another car from Shannon Motors. Ooh and the brakes are still not fixed ... because heaven forbid they try a little customer service and help someone out. OOohh then they tell me my car payment will be considered late because get this they were behind on thier paperwork and didn't process my auto withdraw ... the song and dance just keeps getting longer and longer...
