We had a deer hit our 2010 Dodge Journey SXT in the rear driver side door. Two weeks in rental car and Shannon said it was done. The door jams for that door were wrong color, dents still in car around door, weather seals missing, door would not close properly, door ajar light was stuck on. We had it taken to Andalusia Chevrolet and they said they could not find the problem:?????. Shannon said it was never going to be like factory???????? We took the truck to Pensacola Sandy Sansing Mazda and they said in 20 mins that it was the rear driver side door latch, the door was warped and needed to be replaced.!!!!!!!!!!! Shannon Bryant Body shop is a rip off. Now we have to take it elsewhere, after three weeks of rental car paid, now it will take another week or two and Insurance only pays for 1 more week, the other will have to be out of our pocket, STATE FARM. Shannon has shafted us for sure. He is to incompetent to fix a simple car door. If you have a car wrecked that is not totaled, and it is repaired, it should without a doubt be like factory. If a repair shop can not make it like factory, then move on. the dealer can do this work and work with your insurance like any else and it will be like factory guaranteed. more

Our PDR company repaired 4 hail damaged vehicles for this guy back in August 2012. State Farm Insurance paid the shop for our work performed, but the shop will not pay us for our work. It is now December 30, 2012 and he still has not paid us. He is now over 120 days overdue on paying his bill. He owes us over $5400.00 for work performed 4 months ago even though has been paid in full by the insurance company! He still owes us and will not pay!. How can you trust this guy to fix your car? more

I can stay without saying how pleased i am with Shannon Bryant Body Service. Those guys are really professeionals and the most important thing is that they don;t have any hidded charges. more
