Excellent catering 1/26/2012

My office ordered Shane's Rib Shack for our Charlotte office party over the Holiday's and everyone loved it. We had pulled pork sandwiches, chicken tenderloins, with Mac and Cheese and greens. All the main entrees were cooked great, tasted fresh, and were nice and hot when we ate them. For dessert we had the peach cobbler that was really tasty. Really enjoyed the great, friendly service and that they delivered everything before the guests arrived with all the tea, napkins, plates, warmers, etc. Highly recommend. more
