My GMC has over 300,000 miles on it. I have had a cylinder 7 mis-fire issue on and off for over a year. Took it to two other shops and they said they fixed the issue. Shane's figured it out and got it fixed. Two weeks and still running good. Cost of the repair was high but majority of it was on parts. more

Well my experience started off great because I've been having an issue with my car not starting every morning and I had an appt with Shanes and just like every other morning my car didn't start. I called the shop and they actually said they would come down to my house and get it to the shop which was great. Unfortunately it was at the shop all day on a Friday and at the end of the day I didn't get a call back from Shanes so I called to inquire about my vehicle and they told me they didn't get to it but Shane would go in on Saturday just to look at and will call me. Saturday came and went. Monday I showed up at the shop to see if I could just pick up my car and see what's wrong with it. The woman told me she tried calling me on Saturday and that my phone rang once and went to voicemail. I wish she would've tried calling back before leaving the shop. Shane told me there is nothing wrong with it that it started right up and he didn't pull up any codes. I was surprised because every morning at my place it doesn't start. I said Ok and just asked to get my car so I could just get to work and when he pulled it up I noticed that my 22 inch rim that I just bought a couple weeks back was scraped. He said he didn't know what happened to it. So here I am 2 weeks later bumming a ride to work because my car doesn't start. The only reason I chose this place was because of all the wonderful reviews. I just wish I could've had the same experience. more

Went to Shane's with my own muffler to have it installed. After realizing the muffler was the wrong size Shane's mechanics were able to purchase more parts to install the muffler. It sounds better than I imagined it could! more

My car went into the shop for a routine replacement part, that caused them difficulty when putting it all back together. They were diligent to make sure it was back to 100% before giving it back to me. They provided me with a loaner car and even detailed my car for me at no extra charge. My car ran so well and looked so great that I wasn't completely sure it was my car they gave back to me. Shane's Mobile Auto Repair rocks!!! more
