AVOID! I paid 1,300$, in advance, for them to order a ring for my fiance for our wedding. I was told that it would take 8 weeks to get the ring in. They called 1 week prior to ...

I went to at least a dozen jewelers in my search for the perfect engagement ring, the first place I stopped in at was Shane Co in Kennesaw where I fell in love with a platinum classic/antique setting (unmounted). The next several weeks were spent fruitlessly trying to find a ring to compare with it, the more I looked the more I found that this was the perfect ring for my fiancé. After finding a diamond to go with it they took 3 days to mount it and get it ready. I want to give a big shout out to Chaz, Katharine and especially the Assistant Manager Patty who all bent over backwards to provide us with such a fantastic experience. I highly recommend you talk to them when shopping for an engagement ring. My fiancé and I already know that we will not even bother looking anywhere else for our wedding bands. Thanks guys for going above and beyond on such a special day!! more

My visit at the Shane Co. was alright I thought the sales people were very nice and friendly and was able to help me with everything I was looking for, but I did think that their prices were a little on the high side. more

Shane Co is a THIEF! 7/21/2009

AVOID! I paid 1,300$, in advance, for them to order a ring for my fiance for our wedding. I was told that it would take 8 weeks to get the ring in. They called 1 week prior to when the ring was promised and said they would be ordering it... (?!) Then, well after the 30 day period (the refund period) they told us that the manufacturer wouldn't send the ring. AVOID THEM! You will greatly regret it. more

Spectacular Pricing, Wonderful Customer Service, Friendly Staff. 12/10/2008

I have spent many hours in The Shane Co. in the last few weeks for both an engagement ring and Christmas presents. The professional and courteous sales team at this jewelry store is what sets them apart form all the rest and trust me when I say that I have been to quite a few. Whether I was planning to spend a few hundred dollars, thousands of dollars or nothing at all I have always been treated as an important customer. The best in the South 9/19/2005

Shane Company has an impecable reputation in the Atlanta area and even thorughout the southeast. I have had people in Florida comment on my ring and ask where we purchased it. They had heard of them and were contemplating a visit to purchase. The staff is so helpful with no pressure to purchase any particular price point. They take care of our jewelry and guarantee it f we keep up with their terms. more

Shane Company is our one stop shop for jewelry. My wedding set and promise ring are all from there for good reason-great prices and great service! Salespeople are so firendly they offered us free tickets to use for an event in town! Cant say enough about them! more

Wedding ring 6/13/2005

I went to the Shane Company looking for a wedding ring for my husband. They were my first stop, and then again my last. I looked all around the Town Center area and found that the prices at the Shane Company were competitive, but the salespersons didn't pressure me at all. So in the end, that helped make my decision. I was very pleased with their selection as well. more

Clean and great selections 6/7/2005

The Shane Company has a wonderful selection of jewelry for men and woman. We got our wedding set here and couldn't be more pleased. They allow us to bring our rings in as often as we want for cleanings and inspections. This store is very clean and has a freindly staff. The location of the store is in a very trafficy area and its a headache to drive in this area. The store does have plenty of parking though. more
