You find a setting that your soon to be wife likes and then pick a diamond to go with it. They are very methodical in showing you how to select the best diamond. They educate you about what the flaws in the diamond you are selecting are. I was a pro in no time and was able to select the right Diamond as soon as we selected the setting that was right for her. They had a great layaway program. They also provided us with a great warranty and we go back in quite a bit to get rings cleaned and too look at their other non engagment jewelry. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are professional. more
