In the middle of July of this year we got a massive slab leak. The house was due for a repipe so we decided it would be worth paying the extra cash for a repipe instead of just fixing the leak. We received several estimates but our main concern was how fast the job could be started because we practically had no water in our home with a newborn child and family visiting. After several different companies, Shamrock gave us the cheapest estimate and were able to move other jobs around to get ours completed sooner. The work was done in a day and our water pressure throughout the house was amazing. Our home was left with holes in the walls and a separate company comes in to patch the holes. We were nervous about this at first but it was totally worth the wait (2 days) because that company did such a great job fixing all of the holes needed for the repipe. I would certainly use and recommend Shamrock plumbing again. more

My water softener was decommissioned for years, dripping water and created a moldy situation. I called Shamrock Plumbing for an estimate for a water softener removal. The price was competitive and I was able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule. The plumber was on time, very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He removed the water softener from the ground, looped the water pipes, filled the hole in the ground, and took the unit and waste with him for appropriate disposal. I was very impressed with his completion time and professionalism. Based on my satisfaction, I would recommend Shamrock Plumbing. more

My water heater was leaking so I called Marc at Shamrock plumbing. The service was fast and Tom did the job quickly and was very courteous. In conversation I found out Tom was x green beret. I am happy to see Shamrock supports veterans having a few green beret in my family. I want to thank Tom for his service and Shamrock for their great service. It is hard to find a plumber you can trust and will certainly use Shamrock for any future needs. I highly recommend this company ! more

This place is ridiculous, I called, gave them all my info and scheduled an appointment. Then 15 min before the scheduled appointment window they call the secondary number I gave them (didn't even have the courtesy to call the primary number) and say they just noticed they don't service my address. What?! How is it you can schedule an appointment to my address without realizing until 15 minutes beforehand? Ridiculous to say the least. Bad customer service. more

Thanks, Mark, for helping me with my worn faucet hose. I saw your website when searching the internet for a plumber to help me with 3 items. When I called you and asked you for an estimate to replace my kitchen faucet because the hose was worn, you suggested that I instead contact the manufacturer (Price Pfister) and request a free replacement. I just got off the phone with Price Pfister and they are sending me a replacement hose, just as you said. Thank you kindly for helping me find a solution and for helping me to avoid spending more than I needed to. That kind of care for the customer is very hard to find these days. more

The bill was the same as I had been quoted 3/6/2012

I called the company to get service for a leak I had in the wall of my bedroom. The person that answered the phone was very helpful and we set an appointment for the same day between 2 and 4pm. He called about 1:40 pm and let me know he would be at my house within 30 mins. He arrived just after 2pm, his name was Mark, he had the company name and his name printed on his shirt. He found the problem right away and quoted me a price to fix it. He made the repair and cleaned up after he was finished. The bill was the same as I had been quoted. He also quoted a price to re-pipe my house. more

Plan to use them again in the future. 2/27/2012

I had a kitchen remodel I needed a plumber to set and connect the Pot filler, connect the disposal, dishwasher, and faucet. The plumber that started my job, moved away, so I needed a new plumber to finish. I called Shamrock because of an ad I saw in a local paper. They stopped by that day, gave me a reasonalbe estimate, and did the work the same day. Now I am up and running and could not be happpier. They did a grerat job and plan to use them again in the future. more

Could not be happier 2/20/2012

Repaired three commodes, gave a discount. Found an additional problem with the cut off valve for one commode, fixed it, but did not charge more than the quoted price. Could not be happier. Called on Saturday and he told me he would be there after he finis more

Replaced fluidmaster on toilet 2/14/2012

Replaced fluidmaster on toilet The toilet had been running, so I assumed the flapper needed to be replaced. After replacing it, the problem remained. I called my usual plumber, but since he didn't respond, I called Shamrock Plumbing. It worked out very well. Mark accommodated my busy schedule and met me as soon as I was free. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a broken fluidmaster, had the parts with him, and promptly fixed the toilet. He was very extremely efficient, professional, and competent. more

Mark was very easy to talk 2/8/2012

No hot water. Mark was very easy to talk to on the phone. Came out in about 2 hours or so. Turns out all that needed to be done was set the reset button. He said sometimes lightning can mess with equipment. (We?ve been having nonstop storms these last few days.) No charge, but if it happens again just call and he?ll change out the heating element and probably the sensor at the same time. more
