Shamrock Construction Ents Inc

My husband and I bought our first home from Shamrock Construction. Horrible experience. Dan O'neil is a terrible person to work with and it is impossible to get him to finish things. We purchased blinds, moved in months ago, and he still hasn't stopped by to install the ones that are missing. The outside of our property still hasn't been caulked and he will not return e-mails/phone calls that address those issues. Other issues have been noticed since we moved in, but we will not even bother bringing them up knowing he will not complete those items either. The company is a scam more

100% agree with ""SCAMrock"" review. We had the exact same experience with them. The owner, Dan O'Neil is not a person you want to do business with. The finished product may be nice, but we our skeptical about the quality of the work. more

Horrible. DON'T let them to build your home! At first we thought it was just us but later found out that all of our neighbors were having the exact same problems. They do not return phone calls. They will try to get out of fixing even the most obvious of mistakes in your new home. If they say it will be ready by a certain time - you can count on it being at least one year later than that. We (and everyone we've talked to) has been through nightmare after nightmare with the owner of Shamrock (Dan O'Neil) and has had to threaten legal action in order to get anything accomplished through them. I don't know how they are still in business! Pros: nice person answers the phone Cons: everything, will not respond to requests, will try to get over on you, mean, etc. more
