Rex, my very shaggy black and white poodle, comes out looking like a brand new dog. I've been taking him to Shampooch for many years. They have the best groomers, the nicest staff . Everything that has been said about Shampooch by others is TRUE. more

The Best!! 4/5/2011

Julie, the owner, is soo great! She does the best job! We have been bringing our family dogs to her forever and would never trust anyone else with them. She takes the time to listen to you and the dogs love her too. It is a cute shop and is always very clean. We have a Shihtzu we bring to her and she always looks soo cute after! more

Wonderful! 9/26/2010

We have a 3 lb Yorkie who's hair gets quite shaggy! We had taken him to another groomer in the Twin Cities and when we picked him up it didn't look like our puppy at all! The haircut was choppy and way too short around the face! I explained this to the staff at Shampooch and they assured us they would do their best work....and they did! Our dog looked like ""our dog"" and he was soo happy! They didn't butcher his facial hair and kept true to his appearance! I will go back no doubt! The staff is wonderful and warm to both the animals and the owners. more

Great results, friendly staff 10/10/2009

Before Shampooch, my dog had a bad experience at another salon in the Twin Cities. He was terrified to go back to the groomer but the staff at Shampooch were great with him. They calmed his nerves and were able to give him a quality groom and clip his nails! He never let other groomers clip his nails after his bad experience. I would highly recommend Shampooch to any pet owner. Beware, the prices can get spendy depending on your breed but quality comes at a price. Pros: Professional caring staff more

AWESOME ALL AROUND!!!! 1/29/2009

We took are two puppies here and LOVED it. The service was great the staff was friendly and most of all the cuts are puppies recieved were the best that they have ever had! The staff really listened and cared about the services we wanted. It seemed a little pricey but well worth it. We will make this are permanent groomer. Pros: best cut are puppies have ever recieved Cons: a little pricey more

Great location and 10++ atmosphere. Since there's not a real place for the pet to ""poddy"" before entering, they have a great little area in the check-in area with wallpaper grass, fire hydrant and hose to clean up the mess inside a white picket fence. \r \r The owners are great and eager to help. My dog has been going for years and they both have a great relationship. I've never had a bad experience and they have assisted me when they noticed he may have had an episode and need of doctor care. \r \r I would recommend this location to any & all who inquire. \r \r They are simply the best, clean and welcoming environment and you wouldn't think twice about leaving your loved one for a few hours. \r \r I give them two paws up! Cons: Saturday's can sometimes be hard to get. more
