While my grandfather was being cared for I witnessed several health violations including nurses leaving the room with their gloves on and touching door knobs, desks and other patiences and then return to my grandfathers room and continue to care for him. I found pills on the floor of my grandfathers room and my grandfather missed several meals because nurses "forgot" to enter him in the computer system. All of these concerns were brought to the attention of nursing supervisors on duty and a call was places to the head nursing supervisor. All concerns were neglected and and unattended too. As a result my grandfather was diagnosed with pneumonia with test later indicating it was contracted while at the hospital. This hospital is neglectful and i will continue to turn people away from it. I will not allow one more family to suffer a loss due to there neglect. more

This is one of the larger hospitals in Lansing and I prefer it to Sparrow, from location to staff, it is just all around better! I actually had my son here and they were very friendly and helpful through everything! The nurses were especially nice and helpful in every way! The birthing center made you feel like it was home away from home! When I have a second child, he/she will be born at Ingham Regional Medical center! I have heard good things about there other services and departments also! more

Ingham Regional Medical Center is a good Hospital system. I have had surgery there and found the backbone of the system...the NURSES, to be top rate, committed and kind. My surgery experiences, as well as having testing done have all been done with great technicians and nurses. For the most part, the doctors I have dealt with have been good as well. more

Ingham Regional Medical Center is located in Lansing. I have been there a few times for various things, and I can't say enough good about this hospital. I spent a week in there due to gall bladder disease, and the care couldn't have been better. Then a few months later, I was back to have it removed. Everyone took really good care of me. I gave birth to my youngest daughter there, and everyone was awesom. The jacuzzi tub was first rate. I've had a few more procedures done there since then, and everything has always been so very nice. I recommend this hospital to everyone I know. more
