Dr. Shafqat was my oral surgeon for the removal of my wisdom teeth. He also removed the wisdom teeth on both of my sisters and my brother is scheduled. I was extremely happy with the service I received and would most definitely use him again.
Dr. Shafqat was up front during the consultation, explaining everything in great detail and making sure I was comfortable with everything. Because I was still nursing my daughter, we talked at length about the anesthesiology aspect and I met with his anesthesiologist privately before the procedure as well.
During the removal of my teeth I was knocked out, but everything went well. It was more difficult than he expected, but I had no problems. No excessive swelling, no infections, no permanent damage done. Dr. Shafqat is very confident in his abilities and for good reason.
The only negative is regarding payment. He is quite expensive compared to others, but he is the best according to my dentist. Payment must be paid in full before the procedure, so if you need a payment plan, you are out of luck.
