Stayed here for an extended time several years ago on work assignment. Great place! Clean and safe. We have been all over the USA in our 5th wheel and this is the best place to stay. Happy to be back! Quiet and peaceful with shaded lots. The restrooms are clean and fresh. Wish every park was this nice. more

No hanky panky at this well run RV park hidden down a deadend road near shopping malls in the heart of Flowood Ms. The owner has ""0"" tolerance for problem folks. This makes Shady Pines a great place to visit or live. I have traveled all over the USA and this is one of the best parks that i have been to. Peace and quite abound at this park. No pool but that's OK with us. The bath house is kept spotless as is the Laundry. Two thumbs up Freddie the Camper more
