Shady oaks farm and landscaping, did a great job installing a 16 by 20 uni lock paver patio for our family. Albert was very nice to work with and we had none of the issues that others speak of on here. Our family has worked with shady oaks for the past 5 years and we have never had one issue. more

Terrible experiance 10/3/2011

Terrible experience. My lawn lawn looked good for the first few months then it develped a terrible lawn disease from the cheap soil they used. I called when I saw the problem but Albert assured me it was the birds. At an additional cost to me, it was later rectified by a professional (not Albert). Don't be taken in. He also installed a sprinkler system - again it cost me additional money to replace all the heads and correct the plumbing. He should not be in the business - he is very personable and sounds like he knows what he's talking about but he lacks experience. He takes your money but there is no follow up. I only wish there was a rating lower than one star. more

Stole our money!!! 7/19/2011

Clearly i should have checked out this company first.....my husband and i got taken just like the other people on here... our own fault i guess for paying in advance, but we had used them a time before and everything had been fine.... this time we never got flowers we paid for and after about 3 months the excuses ended when they stopped taking our phone calls and retuning our emalis.... and as soon as i started writing bad press about them i got an apology letter promising us a check the next day and that they will do the jog for free just as an apology......yea...that was over a week ago..... WE GOT DOOPED....dont follow in our footsteps..... clearly they chose the right name when they decided to call themselves SHADY!!!! more

Awful service 8/6/2010

If you looking for a professional, do not go to Shady Oaks. Albert agreed to do a sprinkler job for me. He quoted a price and I paid initial deposit. He never return calls or came to work. I want my deposit back! more

Great Landscape Contractor 5/7/2008

Albert was very easy to work with and followed through on every step of the job. His workers were on time to the job site daily and very easy to work with. Albert installed a complete irrigation system, sod lawn (7500 sq ft) and a 240 sq foot lock patio. His work was what you should expect from a professional. Albert was a breath of fresh air to our family after being treated terrible by past landscape contractors. I would recommend Shady Oaks Farm and Landscaping, Inc. to anyone looking for a professional and first class service. more

Avoid Shady Oaks Landscaping 9/9/2007

Would not recommend Albert to anyone. Took my money and did not show up to do the work. Albert required a deposit but said he would not cash the check until he did the work. Cashed my check and we have not seen or heard from him since. It has been 7 weeks. We have made numerous attempts at getting ahold of Albert. I wouild call his business Shady Albert's Landscaping. more
