The Best - No Contest! 8/20/2002

I have been going to Shady Glen since... well let's say for over 30 years and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. The same servers (Lana) the same management (Michael) and the same food (cheeseburger platters and corn chowder). Their burgers are the best! No contest! Pros: Quality fo Food, SERVICE Cons: Noise Level, Wait - but worth it more

Take a step back to the 50's at this retro restaurant with homemade ice cream and the best cheeseburger you will ever put in your mouth. The burger has several slices of cheese that overlap onto the grill making a crispy, cheesy, yummy burger. Add onion rings and crinkle cut fries, and milk shake and you have a burger fit for a king!
