TI WAS TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AT THIS POINT. SO I AM NOW TRYING TO PAY THIS BILL WHICH IS DUE TODAY. I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 30MIN WAITING BECAUSE I AM STILL QUESTIONING MY CHARGES.
