Dr.Smith is top-drawer! I gave my Mom her first dog named Luke 14 years ago. He was a rescue Chihuahua; the best and healthiest Little Guy ever, until about 4 months ago. Dr. Smith sat with us and carefully explained that Luke 's heart murmur (which he took medicine for for several years) had begun to weakened his little body greatly. Because of his labored breathing ,the doctor suggested we might try a new drug that may or may not help. It did help him, miraculously, and it gave us a little more precious time to look into those soulful eyes that express nothing but gratitude for everything that we do . A most endearing quality. \r
Dr. Smith gave us his HOME phone number if we needed him!\r
IA few months later, we realized "the lights began to go out in his eyes" , and it was time. Dr. Smith was so caring, and compassionate; God knew exactly who we needed when our hearts were breaking . \r
Thank you, Dr. Smith and Dr. Barron for being top-drawer, indeed!
