Forgot some of my order, and when they sent it back out the driver had gotten in an accident. I waited 45 mins until i called to be told that they wouldnt be bringing it. The food was mediocore. more

Worst 'prime rib' ever 1/7/2012

What a HUGE disappointment. We went for the 'prime rib' which actually USED to be very good. We were brought what looked like thin grisly steaks with hatch marks from the grill. The waitress said that's what they all look like now. We had to ask for au jus and butter, the vegetables were not crisp, they were raw. Eventually, after we complained the manager came out and said the prime rib NEVER looks like that. But she didn't apopgize, offer to give a prime rib meal at another time, just comped a beer and some coffee. On the way out we saw other plates that resembled prime rib. If their quality is so inconsistent, I can't imagine how they stay in business or why the place is so popular. We're never going back. Pros: null Cons: null more

Great food and Service! 7/28/2006

This is the best grill and bar in the immedate area. My server was very pleasant and the burger was one of the best I have ever had. I saw managers getting down and dirty helping to wipe down tables which I thought was really cool. I found their website with yahoo and it was nice to view the menu and prices before going there. My family and I frequent Sgt. Peppers and we think it's fantastic, great food, nice service, and good happy hours. I recommend the Philadelphia burger thats yummy!! more

AWESOME FOOD 6/17/2004

Very pleasurable dining experience, good for kids and adults. Good bloody marys and nice assortment of different beer choices... could have bigger glasses. Food was excellent, the burgers are the best around and nice variety of kinds of burgers. Pros: food, inexpensive, free popcorn more

Mediocre 5/27/2003

Dining part of the restaurant was nothing ot be excited about. I didn't go into the bar so I'm not commenting on that part. When seated you get free popcorn which was ok - I guess something is better than nothing right? Servers were expressionless - didn't seem really enthused about there jobs. In my opinion the menu was nothing special just your basic dishes - no pastas. I ordered the San Antonio - Chicken sandwich w/ bacon, cheese with a small side of bbq sauce, potato chips came with it. Fries cost extra. Overall I wouldn't go back there, nothing special about the place or the food. more
