I was very dissatisfied with seymours service department. My atv died and I took it in to get diagnosed. At first they told me it just needed new rings. Then a new piston as well a 3 days later. So I gave them permission to bore it out and order the piston. 10 days later they call and tell me it needs new valves as well. I decided to go ahead and get this done since it was already all apart. 8 days after they tell me about the valves they call me and tell me I need a new crankshaft. Now the cost is almost what the 4 wheeler is worth. If I had known all this or even more than one thing at a time drawn out over a month I would have parted out the atv and got a new one. It has been almost 4 weeks since I dropped it off, and it is still not back together. Every time I call about it I get a different answer as to when it will be done and more excuses. You would think that I am spending enough money to get it done in a reasonable amount of time. Now I'm just waiting for the next thing they magically find to charge me more for.
