Sexton Tire & Service Center

Like the others, the work Sexton tire has done has been first class. However, they have always been very friendly and courteous to me. This is my 3rd car I've owned that they've serviced and each experience is pleasant and friendly.\r \r What I also appreciate is that they don't try to squeeze any unnecessary money out of you. If they notice something damaged or needing to be replaced, they don't pressure you to pay them to do it. If they can, they offer it. I have an axle CV boot split open with a pair of replacement's in the mail and they mentioned it to me and recommended a local shop in town who could do the service and offered a courtesy call to them to schedule a replacement if I wanted them to.\r \r I told them I could do this myself but the fact that they brought it to my attention and offered to help get it replaced is nice. more

My husband continues to do business with Sexton because he's always pleased with their work and they're convenient to our home, but he does comment that they're not the most cordial people to work with. He's learned to expect this every time he goes. We've purchased tires for our car and had the water pump repaired on our truck. We would recommend them for their quality of work, but not for their customer service. If you're looking for nice, friendly people this is not the place to go. more

I was in need of some tires for my car and I was also prospecting as a sales person. I went to Sexton Tire & Service Center and I was very disappointed. When I walked in i was snubbed by the employees and when I asked to seak ith the manager he was also quite rude. Needless i did not purchase my 600.00 tires from Sexton...Their loss! more
