Dedicated; bright; persistent 8/27/2013

The Sexton firm isn't cheap, but it's worth every penny as far as I'm concerned. James and his staff are absolute bulldogs when sticking up for you. They refuse to back down in the face of their opponents and they rely upon the cold facts to make their case. I am very impressed with their tenacity! more

Other San Diego lawyers just don’t compare 8/12/2013

James Sexton’s the best decision I ever made insofar as seeking due justice goes. He filed a suit on my half seeking significant damages for a defective bicycle purchased from a local high-end store. The frame cracked while cycling competitively in a race a week later. James won and I’m very happy. more

Workplace violence led to us hiring James Sexton 7/30/2013

My husband, Juan, is a blueprint designer and a recently-fired colleague returned to the office with a gun and shot the boss. Juan developed PTSD. His company refused to pay for his rehabilitation because they didn’t think PTSD was real and James Sexton came through for us. more
