Great, everyone was very helpful. My first tel call was just for information, and the next was the product. I was referred by a friend. She was right, great site and good prices. Always looking for items for my Elegante 2 Baby Lock Machine. My embroidery unit and machine needed a good way to carry them without breaking my back/hands. The case was just the right size for my case holding the embroidery unit and a little room left over for additional items. Same for my machine. I can stack them as well. Rolls great. Pretty easy to put together more

They had just what I needed and so fast! I used Bing to find the exact photo of the part I needed since I didn't know what to call it. Google check out made the whole transaction so easy! Thanks to all I'm now using my Singer. more

The cutting table I ordered was shipped 7/30/2012

Went to his store after finding it on the internet and checking to make sure if they had the machine I had researched. It was a childs machine for a bday present for my daughter. The lady who was called to the front to help me shortly after I arrived quickly got me the machine and also helped me with all the accessories she would need when I asked for them. I thought the help was great and knowledgeable and supply of inventory was amazing. I think that those who may have had a negative experience dont realize that you may have to wait a little while for someone to be able to help you-that way everyone gets full service. That is how it works in a real mom/pop shop, I should know my mom has had a retail clothing business for 30 years. I recommend this store highly, just not if you are in a hurry or a time waster more

went here to purchase a sewing machine for my daughter knowing absolutely nothing about sewing machines. The owner helped me pick out a machine I bought a janome machine and it is perfect for her. My ex was surprised at how inexpensive the price was. The store even offers sewing machine classes I would recommend this store to anyone. more

This is an excellent store whatever level of sewing experience you have. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable that they put you at ease the moment you start talking to them. They love what they do and it shows in how they so freely share their ideas and knowledge. I also have a good deal of respect for their integrity. I’m new to sewing anything - yet I had grandiose ideas and wanted to buy a top end sewing machine that was way beyond my needs, and capabilities. They could have just smiled and sold it to me; instead they showed me one more appropriate to my needs, capability and budget. They wanted me to have one I could enjoy both now and as my skills grow. This machine will meet my needs and wants for a long time; I’ll definitely buy my next one from them. As a matter of fact, with their guidance I’ve already purchased a very reasonably priced beginners model for a gift. I’ve taken two classes and plan to keep going back for more because not only am I learning new things but I have a great time while doing it. more

This store has many different machines to choose from. I walked in and a woman sat with me at a few different machines,she went through all the differences between a few different models and a few different brands, I finally decided on a babylock machine and while I was there I signed up for classes, I will post a review once I take the class, but the store owner is very nice and helpful. more
