I broke my ski jacket zipper 2 days before my Colorado vacation. I called here and they said bring it in, sometimes they can be repaired. I did, and mine needed just a 10$ repair, not a 65$ relacement. She fixed it while I waited!! She saved me time, $$, and my vacation.
