Sew and Show is a great little shop that has excellant products. The service is personal and the shop is a warm and comfortable environment. The employees enjoy helping others learn or just providing personal service. Shops like this are a thing of the past. more

Great sewing teachers 8/21/2005

Sew and Show provides lessons on sewing, particularly dress making. The teacher, Maria was so helpful to a beginner like me that she taught me how to be a pro in no time. I also enjoyed the camaraderie of sewing and cutting out patterns with other women. Maria never made me feel stupid and her rates are extremely reasonable. Even if you just want to learn how to do your own alterations, this place is for you. more

Great Classes 8/20/2005

I decided to learn how to sew and make dresses a few month ago. Sew and Show offers courses on dress making and she also gives private lessons on sewing. It costs 225 dollars for the class but it is worth it. You learn how to pick a pattern, form it for your body, cut the fabric and then put it together. Maria is wonderful. If your interested great place for alterations, lessons, and fabric. more
